Ice Spice confirms release date and title of collaboration with Rema

Well-known American rapper Ice Spice has officially confirmed that she will collaborate with the Mavin Records singer Rema on a new project in a post on her social media platform, which confirms the official release date and title of the song fans should expect from the duo.

Dreams and speculations do come true, as Ice Spice’s latest announcement on social media is one that got fans super excited. The rapper confirmed that she would be releasing a new song on Friday, October 13, 2023, which would feature one of Afrobeats’ brightest talents, Rema.

This announcement comes after weeks of speculations following a leak of a song the duo reportedly had together. She confirmed that the song would be titled Pretty Girl as well.

This would be another major international collaboration for the Mavin Records protege following the huge success of his viral song Calm Down, a song on which he featured the talented American singer Selena Gomez on the remix of the project, which recently won the Best Afrobeats Song at the MTV Video Music Awards 2023.
