Ex-Green Eagles goalkeeper, Egbe predicts Nigeria will win AFCON

Nigeria’s former national football team goalkeeper, Etta Egbe has said Nigeria can win the ongoing African Cup of Nations tournament in Cameroon.

Egbe said Nigeria’s performance so far has given the real prospect that the country will win the Cup for the fourth time.

He said the team progresses during every match.

“Nigeria’s performance at AFCON has so far been impressive.

“It has given the country hope and prospects of winning the tournament for the fourth time.

The coach of the Cross River State Rovers FC said the team gets better as the tournament progresses.

He commended the Super Eagles for playing as a team and with confidence.

“The confidence and combination they play with, confirms that the Super Eagles squad will get to the finals”.
