Frank Lampard Speaks on Anthony Gordon Transfer Rumour to Chelsea

The manager of Everton Football Club, Lampard has broken silence on the rumour linking Anthony Gordon to Chelsea.

The former Chelsea manager was speaking at a press conference ahead of the Merseyside’s club match against Brentford at the London stadium. Lampard confirmed that Gordon is part of the club’s squad ahead of the match day 4 game on Saturday, August 27th, 2022.

Lampard confirmed that Chelsea has not submitted a new bid for the player and he remains a player of Everton. He also said that Gordon is a key part of his team going into the rest of the season.

They have not bid £60m also, new proposal hasn’t come in. He remains our player. He’s in the squad for tomorrow. He’s a huge player for us, not only a big value but more importantly to the squad. He’s an Everton boy.

There is no reports coming from Chelsea after they had their £40 million bid rejected by Everton.
