Perseverance and Patriotism, Key Foundations for Nation-Building – Tinubu

President Bola Tinubu highlighted the importance of perseverance and patriotism in the process of nation-building. He shared these thoughts during a press interaction after visiting the National Museum of Qatar in Doha.

During his two-day official visit to Qatar, President Tinubu had the opportunity to explore the magnificent museum, situated in the heart of Doha. The museum showcases Qatar’s rich heritage and promising future, with its centerpiece being Sheikh Abdullah bin Jassim Al-Thani’s original palace, which served as the seat of government for 25 years.

Reflecting on the significance of the museum, Tinubu commented, “It is truly remarkable to document the culture from the dawn of history, the civilisation’s culture, collaborations, challenges, and the perseverance of leadership.” He expressed his delight at the privilege of a guided tour through the museum and conveyed his happiness about the experience.

During the press session, Minister of Art, Culture, and the Creative Economy, Hannatu Musawa, revealed plans to replicate similar projects in Nigeria. These initiatives aim to enhance Nigeria’s creative industry and add value to the nation’s cultural heritage.

Mohammed Saad Al Rumaihi, the CEO of Qatar Museums, accompanied President Tinubu during the tour of the museum, showcasing its remarkable exhibits and architectural marvels.
